Adam is a 7th grade student from Rockland County, New York. He began teaching himself how to play piano by ear at the age of 5 and since then has composed several songs of his own. These songs have been a source of enjoyment and inspiration to his friends and family. For Adam’s Bar Mitzvah project he wishes to share his musical talents with others to benefit FD. Adam named his first CD “Believe” because he believes in a cure for FD. Adam wishes to donate 100% of the proceeds to the Dysautonomia Foundation in honor of his friend Jack Posnack.

The friendship between Jack and Adam is truly special and unique. Adam met Jack as an infant and instantly was drawn to Jack’s big smile, friendly disposition and never ending spirit. Through the years he has seen Jack make tremendous strides and wants more than anything to see Jack and others just like him cured of FD.

On January 16th 2010, Adam performed the world premiere of the music from his "Believe" CD to a crowd of over 100 people at a launch party hosted by the Posnack family. The event, along with pre-release sales of the CD, raised over $10,000 for FD research and treatment!
