#FDMatch24: Campaign for FD!

It’s that time of year! **Campaign ‘24**

(No, not THAT Campaign!)

It’s time for #FDMATCH24 – the FD Foundation’s Annual Crowdfunding Campaign!

What is Crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding uses the power of social media to raise funds and awareness for an important cause—like familial dysautonomia.

What is #FDMATCH?

#FDMATCH is the FD Foundation’s Annual Crowdfunding Campaign. We have raised $100,000 in matching funds, so that

every dollar YOU donate and/or raise will be MATCHED

What’s the Fundraising Goal?

With your help, we can raise $250,000—or MORE!!!

What will my gift to #FDMATCH24 support?

Your gift to #FDMATCH24 will support programs and services funded by the FD Foundation including:

·     Life-saving medical care provided at the Dysautonomia Center at NYU Langone

·     Cutting-edge scientific and clinical research to develop effective treatments for FD.

·     Services that enhance quality of life for people with FD such as mental health counseling and support groups.

·     And so much more!

How can I get involved?

·     CREATE YOUR OWN FUNDRAISING PAGE, set a personal fundraising goal and reach out to your family, friends, neighbors and colleagues and ask them to support your campaign.

·     FORM A TEAM with friends and/or family, set a goal and start fundraising together!

·     SPREAD THE WORD about our campaign on your social media!

·     DONATE (remember, every gift is worth double, thanks to our matching donors!)

Don’t miss out!  Support #FDMatch24: Campaign for FD Today!!!
