It has been four years since we held the hugely successful inaugural Stevie Schwartzberg Memorial Golf Tournament for FD. FD is a rare and devastating disorder that causes severe physical, emotional, and social problems. Living with FD is a daily challenge for those affected as well as their families.
Your generous support in the past has allowed over 50 FD patients to receive much-needed mental health support helping them cope with their disease throughout the pandemic.
We hope you will continue to support The Stevie Schwartzberg Fund for FD by becoming a sponsor. As before your sponsorship will be recognized with a sponsor banner as well as in the souvenir program. Personal sponsorships will receive tax receipts for the allowable portion, corporate sponsors will receive a receipt for advertising/promotion purposes.

GOLD SPONSOR: $5,000 includes golf foursome, pregame lunch, and banquet dinner
SILVER SPONSOR: $2,500 includes two golfers, pregame lunch, and banquet dinner
HOLE SPONSOR: $1,000 includes one golfer, pregame lunch, and banquet dinner
